National Apprenticeship Week

12th Feb 2025

In celebration of National Apprenticeship Week 2025, we’re shining a light on the essential role that our apprentices play within the construction industry. As one of the most evolving sectors, construction offers a wealth of opportunities for those eager to learn and build a lasting career. Apprenticeships within construction not only provide practical, in-the-field experience but also equip individuals with the skills necessary to thrive in an ever-changing landscape.

Behind the scenes of every towering skyscraper, sturdy bridge, and industrial facility are the skilled hands and minds of steel fabricators. Apprentices with Langtons are given a unique opportunity to gain vital hands-on experience and develop technical skills all while under the knowledgeable eye of experienced professionals in the industry.

In addition to our hands-on trade apprentices, our quantity surveying apprenticeship plays a crucial role in teaching students the essential skills of managing numbers and logistical planning within the fast-paced, real-time environment of the business.

We’re sharing an insight into what inspired our current Apprentices to take the path they have, and how their journey has been so far.
